Key Responsibilities
- Handle 25-40 inbound calls per day
- Assist agents with account resets, unlocks, and product inquiries
- Update customer records in the CRM system and perform accurate data entry
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer service experience in life insurance or annuities
- 2+ years of experience working with Indexed Universal Life insurance
- Experience with RingCentral, Slack, and Google Suites
- Experience with payment systems such as Strike or Adyen
