Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assignments and Leasing Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of University-owned housing and leasing assignments, including room selection, billing processes, and room changes
- Serve as a liaison between residents, guardians, and departments to resolve high-level issues and arrange special requests
- Coordinate housing management software and develop policies related to assignment and leasing processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement
- Experience with data analysis and report generation
- Familiarity with housing management software is preferred
