Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (US, remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and ensure realization of business value
  • Co-create Value Achievement & Success Plans with customers to understand their business outcomes and success metrics
  • Address customer inquiries and manage obstacles while collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful implementation and renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, service, product, account management, or software sales in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various technical levels, including C-level stakeholders
  • Project management experience with a focus on driving business value for customers
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Highly data-driven and flexible in adapting to uncertainty and change
