Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Representative - Healthcare - Remote US.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy on insurance and healthcare, developing and implementing policies in accordance with laws
- Investigate and adjudicate claim characteristics, responding to provider appeals and resolving issues with trading partners
- Approve remedial actions for escalated claims and advise on various healthcare program issues
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in related fields
- Office administrative experience and skills
- Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems
- Ability to follow written policies and provide feedback to leadership
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
