Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Support Coordinator (FT, Sun - Th).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chats to support patients
- Schedule and confirm medical appointments while collecting and verifying patient information
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems and track referrals and appointment outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of patient scheduling, coordination, or customer service experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
- Experience with EMR, insurance coordination, or workers' comp is a plus
- Comfortable with multitasking and using computer systems
