Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests for Services Life & Annuity via phone and written correspondence
- Review, analyze, and process written requests and maintain accurate customer account information
- Educate customers about product features and self-service options while ensuring service delivery standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer-related issues
- Experience following pre-established guidelines with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of product and process updates, including regulatory changes
- Demonstrated initiative in call follow-up and work item management
- General insurance background is preferred
