A company is looking for an Add-On Licensed Agent-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers with additional coverage
- Record information and maintain department procedures and policies
- Complete necessary paperwork and assist with correspondence and error corrections for policy service
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
- Licensed in Life, Accident and Health Insurance preferred, but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Outlook
- Ability to handle heavy outbound/inbound calls while maintaining professionalism
