Job Summary

A company is looking for an Add-On Licensed Agent-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers with additional coverage
• Record information and maintain department procedures and policies
• Complete necessary paperwork and assist with correspondence and error corrections for policy service

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
• Licensed in Life, Accident and Health Insurance preferred, but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Outlook
• Ability to handle heavy outbound/inbound calls while maintaining professionalism
