Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with plan administrators and brokers
• Create and execute detailed implementation plans and coordinate client documentation
• Maintain ongoing support through regular meetings and collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client management within the insurance or financial services industry
• Proficiency in project management and communication software tools
