Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Equity Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large pipeline of applications while meeting production, quality, and service standards
• Conduct thorough application reviews and validate all required documentation, including income calculations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience
• Minimum of 2 years of customer contact experience
• NMLS licensed, or ability to obtain the license within 30 days of employment
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
