Key Responsibilities
- Support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions and offering additional products
- Assist customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim reports and demonstrating empathy
- Navigate through multiple computer systems to manage customer interactions effectively
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience
- OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience
- Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
