Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to assist in the daily operations of Clinical Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between members, providers, and pharmacies or care facilities
• Support patients in accessing appropriate care, including specialty pharmacy enrollment
• Coordinate scheduling of specialty medications and provide financial resources to patients
