Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medical Device Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing customer support in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and requests for product repair via phone, fax, or email, and enter relevant information into the ERP/order entry system
- Manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines and support the pricing dispute process
- Address and escalate customer issues, provide warranty information, and assist with customer service and sales projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency (GED) required
- 3+ years of related experience in customer service or a similar role required
- Prior experience with medical devices is a significant advantage
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry into an ERP system and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in customer service with exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
