Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Administrator to provide technical support and manage service tickets in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users
- Manage the Service Desk ticketing and change management systems
- Maintain and improve documentation in the internal Knowledge Base
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Experience deploying and imaging workstations and supporting wireless networks
