Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and conduct product demos to demonstrate value
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Rapid7, Qualys) and experience with enterprise application management
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proven experience in managing multiple accounts and projects effectively
  • Technical expertise in addressing customer issues and delivering training sessions
