Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and advocating for their needs
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and conduct product demos to demonstrate value
- Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Rapid7, Qualys) and experience with enterprise application management
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven experience in managing multiple accounts and projects effectively
- Technical expertise in addressing customer issues and delivering training sessions
