Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Mitarbeiter/in (w/m/d) to assist new and existing customers in the DACH market.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to customers via phone and email to ensure excellent service
- Assist new customers in getting started and offer tips to existing customers while expanding product knowledge
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively to transform challenging situations into positive experiences
Required Qualifications
- Over 1 year of experience in customer service or support, preferably with platform navigation
- At least 6 months of experience in remote troubleshooting of hardware or software
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies, product updates, and systems and explain them to end-users
- Experience in escalating customer issues to internal teams
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, with good proficiency in English
