Refunds Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Services Refunds Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine credit balances for clients and run monthly credit balance reports
• Research, analyze, and resolve credit balances in compliance with regulations
• Communicate with insurance companies and maintain productivity standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Basic knowledge of government and national insurances
• Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle experience is helpful
• Cash Posting experience is beneficial
