Key Responsibilities

• Assess benefits eligibility and interpret contracts while coordinating with medical professionals and employers
• Maintain professional communication with claimants and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Document actions accurately and adhere to regulatory compliance and internal guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of insurance contracts, medical terminology, and relevant regulations
• Proficiency in PC software (Word, Excel) and claims management systems
• Ability to work independently while managing claims accurately and consistently
• Must have access to a high-speed internet connection and be located in the United States or Puerto Rico
