Key Responsibilities
- Ensure team production exceeds department standards and monitor for accuracy and timeliness
- Motivate employees to enhance production and establish performance measures
- Address questions, complaints, and concerns, and report any issues affecting team or project operations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD-9&10 codes, HCFAs, UB04s, HCPCS, DRGs, and authorizations/referrals
