Dental Treatment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treatment and Network Details Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings with orthodontic practices during the onboarding and ongoing client relationship phases
• Provide hands-on training and guidance on network-specific best practices to optimize billing and insurance workflows
• Perform treatment and network analyses to identify opportunities for maximizing treatment fees and improving practice profitability

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an orthodontic or dental office, preferably in treatment coordination or insurance coordination roles
• Strong knowledge of dental/orthodontic insurance, claims submission, and billing workflows
• Understanding of orthodontic procedures and treatment plan presentation
• Familiarity with practice management systems (e.g., Cloud 9, Dolphin, Ortho2) is preferred
• Prior experience leading training or onboarding for dental/ortho teams is a plus
