A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service requests, and payment arrangements
- Process trouble and outage orders and assist with online account management
- Handle customer service tasks related to move in/out services and payment processing
Required Qualifications
- Must have great attendance
- Computer navigation skills with a typing speed of 35-40 WPM
- Flexibility to work varying shifts from 7am-8pm EST and potential overtime
- Must have a broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
- Cameras are required to be on during training and production shifts
