Customer Service Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Officer with German.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to dedicated customers
• Support customers throughout the entire order-to-cash (OTC) process
• Monitor order fulfillment and address customer satisfaction issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• 1-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with the SAP R/3 system, particularly in the SD module
• Fluent in English and German
• Ability to work in an international environment
