Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers, researching and resolving loan-level inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss
• Listen to customer concerns with empathy and provide effective resolutions
• Participate in special projects and adjust priorities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in multi-tasking using technology
• Must have internet services with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload
