Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative for the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support, repair, and assistance to retail locations regarding POS software and hardware issues
- Repair and maintain equipment, including Point of Sale terminals and related hardware
- Assist in the setup and installation of new hardware and POS-related software
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in replacing, configuring, and setting up new hardware and software
- Strong understanding of POS hardware and peripherals
- Proficient in electronic troubleshooting at the board level
- Proficient in networking
- Must have own equipment, including dual monitors and a strong wired internet connection
