Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers and resolve inquiries in a professional manner
- Collect customer feedback and advocate for their needs to internal teams
- Maintain understanding of company products and assist in developing customer service policies
Required Qualifications
- P&C License
- 3+ years of customer support experience
- 1+ years supporting the insurance industry
- Experience with customer service tools such as Dialpad and HubSpot
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
