Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years of experience in customer service and order processing in a professional environment
- Good MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Associate's degree preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
