Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I - TriCare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve routine service inquiries from members or providers, including claims processing and benefit education
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations while maintaining accurate documentation of communications
  • Build relationships with members or providers by delivering quality customer service and mentoring new hires
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Military affiliation or experience with TRICARE is preferred
  • No specific licensure or certification is required
