Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I - TriCare.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve routine service inquiries from members or providers, including claims processing and benefit education
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations while maintaining accurate documentation of communications
- Build relationships with members or providers by delivering quality customer service and mentoring new hires
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Two (2) years of customer service experience is preferred
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Military affiliation or experience with TRICARE is preferred
- No specific licensure or certification is required
