Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably in healthcare or insurance
- Knowledge of the fertility industry and patient procedures is a plus
- Ability to manage evolving priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
