Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Client Partners focused on customer advocacy and growth
- Develop and execute a customer success strategy to drive product adoption and client retention
- Manage senior-level client relationships and ensure clients achieve their operational and financial goals
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS or HealthTech environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Experience in leading customer-facing teams and developing customer success strategies
- Familiarity with the US healthcare ecosystem and basic healthcare IT concepts
- Proficiency in CRM and customer success platforms
