Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS or HealthTech environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Experience in leading customer-facing teams and developing customer success strategies
  • Familiarity with the US healthcare ecosystem and basic healthcare IT concepts
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer success platforms
