Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Fluent proficiency in English and German
- Proactive attitude with a focus on results-oriented work culture
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of clients effectively
- Strong interest in digital industry, education, and e-learning
