Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist III, Vendor Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clinical screening and background check vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Generate and manage learner payment requests for screenings and background checks, ensuring proper tracking and recording
- Serve as a liaison between learners, vendors, clinical sites, and internal teams, troubleshooting delays or issues in the screening process
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a two-year degree from an accredited institution or relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience providing customer service to multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain analysis
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint is strongly preferred
