Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine customer onboarding journeys, defining success metrics and overseeing project plans
- Lead customers through product setup and ensure solutions meet their unique business needs
- Manage and grow a team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement in onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven experience in designing and scaling onboarding programs in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or Asana; insurance experience is a plus
