A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Customer Onboarding & Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and refine customer onboarding journeys, defining success metrics and overseeing project plans
  • Lead customers through product setup and ensure solutions meet their unique business needs
  • Manage and grow a team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement in onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling onboarding programs in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or Asana; insurance experience is a plus
