Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role related to healthcare
  • Basic connectivity and internet troubleshooting experience
  • Adequate hard-wired Internet speed (100-300 Mbps minimum); no Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot
  • Ability to work in a secluded and distraction-free workspace
