A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate I to support members and providers in a remote healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls related to healthcare benefits and provide accurate information to callers
- Meet performance indicators while demonstrating compassion and support to members and providers
- Document patient information and assist in improving operational efficiency and team performance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role related to healthcare
- Basic connectivity and internet troubleshooting experience
- Adequate hard-wired Internet speed (100-300 Mbps minimum); no Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot
- Ability to work in a secluded and distraction-free workspace
