A company is looking for a Remote Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and diagnose customer issues through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot Point-of-Sale systems, networking issues, and Windows 11 Operating Systems
- Maintain high-touch communication with customers regarding ticket progress and service updates
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service or Technical Support role within a 24/7 Call/Contact Center
- Strong ability to research and troubleshoot technology problems
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing procedures and technologies
- Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and technical interview
