A company is looking for a Remote Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and diagnose customer issues through various communication channels
  • Troubleshoot Point-of-Sale systems, networking issues, and Windows 11 Operating Systems
  • Maintain high-touch communication with customers regarding ticket progress and service updates
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service or Technical Support role within a 24/7 Call/Contact Center
  • Strong ability to research and troubleshoot technology problems
  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to adapt to changing procedures and technologies
  • Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and technical interview
