Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist who will assist primary care/case managers with non-clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to newly enrolled members regarding services and equipment
  • Review intake documents and escalate discrepancies as needed
  • Manage member and provider communications regarding service requests and authorizations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience in a Call Center or Care/Case Management Department
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
