Key Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and minimize customer churn by building strong executive-level relationships
- Analyze product usage data to recommend enhancements for customer experience
- Develop customer strategies and maintain an expert understanding of the product suite and industry
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Customer Implementation/Onboarding with complex software solutions
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to pivot quickly and adjust to changing requirements
- Experience in effectively partnering cross-functionally with various teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
