Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Launch Engagement Specialist responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to new onboarding customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high call volume addressing customer inquiries related to service installation and billing
- Serve as the primary support liaison, assisting customers with service setup and appointment scheduling
- Provide technical support and maintain thorough knowledge of product lines to answer customer questions
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate personal excellence, including punctuality, integrity, and accountability
- Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with a minimum speed of 25 MB/s
