A company is looking for an Intake Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter referrals accurately and timely while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Communicate with referral sources and ensure proper documentation is completed and routed
• Work with local branch leadership to provide appropriate inventory and services

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One (1) year of work experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferred
