Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and leadership in support and enhancement of products
  • Assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and manage critical situations
  • Mentor and train junior support engineers while contributing to internal projects
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Deep technical knowledge of z/OS mainframes and related database/application platforms
  • Experience with SQL, Data Virtualization, and operating systems such as Windows, Unix, and Linux
  • Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly with IBM z/OS
  • Availability for after-hours, weekend, and holiday work
