A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer, APAC Weekend Warrior (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor operational pager alerts efficiently and timely
- Improve customer self-service through enhanced processes and documentation
- Troubleshoot customer and vendor concerns to maintain high professional service standards
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a product support/application role
- Voice over IP experience with SIP signalling protocol or related telephony protocols
- Understanding of general web technologies such as API/SDKs
- Confidence with technology and the Internet
- A natural curiosity and experience in applying technology to resolve customer issues
