A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a DoDEA client.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Infrastructure Programs branch leadership, assisting up to 200 IT employees
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare and maintain accurate meeting minutes
- Support onboarding processes for new employees and manage documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a federal or DoD environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active SECRET clearance
