Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conference Call Coordinator to manage the scheduling and prioritization of conference calls for quality patient management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule conferences for Network Managers, Medical Directors, internal staff, and customers
- Work with the management team to prioritize and organize conferences based on urgency and time frame
- Provide customer service and act as a liaison for internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of experience in administrative support services
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong telephone skills and the ability to prioritize competing needs
- Ability to problem solve and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
