Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in collections
• Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
• Aptitude for technology and ability to utilize training resources effectively
• Ability to work within a structured schedule, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
