A company is looking for an Admissions Specialist to provide support for patient placement requests in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and faxed referrals for treatment options
- Coordinate and complete patient placements while maintaining relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers
- Adhere to performance metrics and quality assurance standards while contributing to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months' related experience required
- Data entry speed of 25-40 keystrokes per minute required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability and willingness to learn required programs and processes
