Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with insurance inquiries and policy reviews

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
  • A minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Experience in customer service
  • Willingness to work full-time with a combination of weekdays, weekends, and evening hours
