Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with insurance inquiries and policy reviews
- Provide empathetic support to customers involved in accidents and set up new claim reports
- Offer additional products to customers while servicing their unique needs
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
- A minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in customer service
- Willingness to work full-time with a combination of weekdays, weekends, and evening hours
