Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales/maintenance contract support
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer support environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with NetSuite, ERMA, and contract management software preferred
- High-level communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
