Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in inbound customer service
- At least 6 months experience in dental customer support
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and help desk software
- Typing speed of 30 WPM and 95% accuracy
- Reliable internet with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed
