A company is looking for a TPO Concierge.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a minimum of 10 daily Fresh Desk tickets and support clients with TPO Portal navigation and technical issues
- Assist Wholesale borrowers with eSigning processes and maintain exceptional customer support within a busy ticketing system
- Review and resolve tickets, inform management on trending issues, and support operations across various departments
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of mortgage lending related experience
- High school diploma
- Technologically proficient in MS Windows software
- Ability to work proficiently in a remote capacity with flexible work hours
- Customer service excellence with strong interpersonal and business-relationship skills
