Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing employees in an Implementation or Project Management environment
- Proven track record in onboarding Enterprise customers in a customer-facing role
- Strong relationship-building skills to drive influence across the organization
- Ability to make decisions in the absence of clear data and adapt to changing business needs
- Experience in the HR or SaaS space is preferred
