Job Summary
A company is looking for an Office Apps Customer Engineer to support and optimize MS Office Apps initiatives for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product workshops, health checks, and assessments for MS Office Apps
- Act as the primary technical contact for corporate customers, providing advanced support and problem resolution
- Oversee deployment, adoption, and operational reviews of MS Office Apps initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of expertise in O365 Office Apps in a support or consulting role
- Experience with Microsoft Office deployment and management using SCCM
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in software support or IT consulting with enterprise customers
- 3 years or more of experience supporting Microsoft Office client applications
