Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Markets - Service Desk Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor various event management systems and manage inbound customer communications regarding Market Data Services and Server issues
  • Create and triage incidents in the Incident Management ticketing system and escalate to Level 2 Support as needed
  • Provide 24x7 support coverage as part of a global team
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Basic experience in a financial industry support role, preferably with market data services
  • Understanding of Financial Markets, exchange market data, and basic server troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems, as well as AWS/Azure environments
