Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Markets - Service Desk Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor various event management systems and manage inbound customer communications regarding Market Data Services and Server issues
- Create and triage incidents in the Incident Management ticketing system and escalate to Level 2 Support as needed
- Provide 24x7 support coverage as part of a global team
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Basic experience in a financial industry support role, preferably with market data services
- Understanding of Financial Markets, exchange market data, and basic server troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems, as well as AWS/Azure environments
